LabCom For Your Clients
LabCom appears as a windows application on a computer. When the application starts the user can see the latest results to be processed by the Lab, and has access to historic results.
The will have agreed a means of codifying sample numbers, clients, locations, sample types in the system which will mean that internal reports can be produced ranging from their own certificates through to allowing technical managers to produce trend analysis reports and finance staff to confirm quantityof service received and arrange onward billing.
For the end client LabCom offers an Enterprise quality system that allows them to get organised and reflects increasing
expectations for value added services.
The Laboratory
An agreed list of required tests from the client reduces the possibility of error and the common availability of results resolves ongoing issues with where results have gone.
The results held in the system can be used to generate a range of reports and certificates allowing labs to escape
their ever-escalating administration costs.
