Pay As You Go
LabCom is priced as a Pay as You Go product, based on the number of samples used. Market cost is £0.30 per sample.There is no upfront 4 figure sum and it can be deployed either for only the end users who demand it or across a whole lab output.
This means that the product can be piloted at very low cost allowing you to move the business forwards without having to stop business and carry out a full review.

LABCOM CORE
Labcom is provided as an online Application Service. The software is installed on users PC's but all data and security issues are dealt with by an Internet based server managed by Village Software. Consequently the system is priced on a per use basis. Prices from £0.30 per sample less than the price of a stamp.
Blocks of sample units are purchased in advance and must be used within 12 months.
Each sample processed costs 1 unit, regardless of number of tests on it. Setting up a new user will cost 50 units. After which a labs customers can install LabCom with support from the Village Helpdesk.

Annual cost of a company branded Field Data Collection Web Site will be £100 per quarter per named user with a minimum charge of 10 users.
The demonstrated solution is web based, and hence is adaptable for most devices. However Village would also be able to deliver a Windows solution if required.

THIRD PARTY SOFTWARE INTEGRATION
Alternatively Field Data Collection functionality can be developed in house by your company or third parties accessing LabCom web services.
The web services will allow pulling and pushing of purchase order entry data between the main LabCom servers and any web or other system development.
These would be supported for your company for £1250 per quarter this would allow your company or 3rd party developers to integrate a standalone Field Data Collection system.
